Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Metro Cities: 3–5 days
• Other Locations: 4–7 days

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders. A small fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to track your package in real time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected orders. Please ensure you provide accurate address and contact details. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if verification fails.

Delivery Issues
