Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Items returned after 5 days

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers must provide correct bank details.

Return Shipping

Damaged or Wrong Product
